The popular newer musical Spring Awakening will be playing at the Temple Buell Theatre in Denver from December 1 through December 13, 2009. Temple Buell Theatre Spring Awakening tickets are available now through Ticket King!
Spring Awakening tickets were first available for Broadway on December 10, 2006, after a Summer 2006 stint off-Broadway. Spring Awakening received eleven Tony nominations in 2007, and won 8 of those Tony Awards!
For those that do not know the plot of Spring Awakening, it is not for young children. The musical Spring Awakening's main theme is the discovery of sex in late 19th-century Germany.
I don't know who is a fan of the new TV show Glee, but the actress who plays Rachel on Glee is Lea Michele, who played Wendla, the main female character, in the original Broadway cast of Spring Awakening.
