A Don't Hug Me Christmas Carol is playing from November 25, 2011 through January 1, 2012 at the New Century Theatre in Minneapolis.The story of A Don't Hug Me Christmas Carol is a hilarious Minnesota spoof of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. The story takes place on Christmas Eve in Bunyan Bay, Minnesota where bar owner Gunner Johnson, after arguing with his, says he is skipping Christmas. After he storms out of the bar, he snowmobiles across the lake, falls through, and goes into a coma. In his dreams, he is visited by Sven Yorgensen, a folk legend is replaces the ghost of Christmas past, present, and future.
